Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 graham crackers
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 can Milnot milk, chilled
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Roll and crush graham crackers and mix with the butter or margarine that has been melted.
    Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with one-half of cracker mixture.
    Dissolve lemon jello in the hot water.
    Cool.
    Stir in the granulated sugar, vanilla and cream cheese with the jello.
    Beat milk until it forms peaks.
    Add jello mixture and beat again.
    Pour in pan and sprinkle top with the other half of the cracker and butter mixture.
    Chill.
