Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small avocados
2 c. fine chopped celery
1 c. fine chopped red pepper
1/2 c. fine chopped onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cut avocados in half.
Scoop out inside, leaving skin intact. Mash up the meat of avocado well.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Fill shell of avocado with mix.
Serves 6.
