Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage, pepper, onion and salt.
    Set 1 hour, then add remaining ingredients.
