Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage or ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cans chilies, chopped
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or American)
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Brown sausage or beef with onions; drain off fat.
    Stir in chilies and spices.
    Prepare baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Mix milk and flour until smooth; add eggs and beat well. Combine remaining ingredients with meat mixture.
    Pour into prepared baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Serve with taco sauce or salsa sauce.
