Guacamole (Avocado Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large, ripe avocado
    1/4 small onion, finely chopped
    sprigs of coriander
    1 small tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 or more cans green chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocado flesh.
    Mix with all other ingredients and pile into serving dish.
    If you are not serving immediately, cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate.
    Serve as dip with tortilla chips or use as a sauce or salad.
