Grilled Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fresh or frozen salmon steak or other fish steaks
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Thaw frozen fish.
    Place fish in shallow dish.
    Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt and dash of pepper. Pour over fish.
    Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours, turning occasionally, or marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.
    Place fish in well-greased wire broiler.
    Grill over medium-hot coals until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
