Foil-Grilled Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans, drained
    1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Cut thin slice from stem end of green peppers.
    Remove all seeds and membranes.
    Wash inside and outside.
    Mix chili beans, corn and catsup; lightly stuff each pepper.
    Wrap each pepper securely in double thickness, heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Cook on medium coals 15 to 20 minutes or grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals 30 to 40 minutes, turning once.
    Makes 6 servings.
