Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. diced onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and pepper until tender and brown.
    Season to taste.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Place in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
