Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter or oleo
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix together all other ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend well; add yeast (store in refrigerator in airtight bowl).
    Will keep about 1 week.
    Chill and drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins or on greased cookie sheet. Bake about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 24 rolls.
