Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 paper muffin cups
    1 - 12 ounce package milk chocolate chips
    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Cut the top half of muffin cups so they are shallower.
    Melt the chocolate chips in microwave in glass bowl at 50% power for 2 minutes or until melted.
    Using a teaspoon, spoon a portion of chocolate in the middle of the muffin cup, drawing it up the edges.
    Repeat with remaining muffin cups.
    Put in fridge so chocolate hardens.
    Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and salt in a medium bowl and put in microwave for 1 minute.
    Spoon a portion of peanut butter into each of the chocolate-coated cups. Put back in fridge to harden, Re-Melt the rest of the chocolate and spread a layer on top of the peanut butter.
    Return to fridge to harden.
    Makes 12 peanut butter cups.
