Impossible Garden Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle into a 10-inch pie pan (oiled) the zucchini, tomatoes, onions and cheese.
Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables in pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serves 6.
