Easy Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. salt
6 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation

Mix warm water, yeast and sugar together in large bowl.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add oil, egg and salt.
Stir well.
Slowly add flour, mixing well.
Dough will be sticky.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to roll out (at least 3 hours).
It will keep about 3 days if refrigerated.
Roll out on well floured board.
Work in flour to keep from being too sticky to handle.
Cut with biscuit cutter; dip cutter in flour. Place rolls on greased cookie sheet and let rise in warm place, about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until brown.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen medium sized rolls.
