Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Add ingredients in order.
    Pour in 9-inch pie shells.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn down to 300\u00b0 until done.
