Simple Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick butter
    1 large can sliced peaches or pears
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13-inch shallow baking dish.
    Mix flour and butter together.
    Blend in sugar and milk.
    Pour over fruit (cut in chunks).
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and firm in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Top with Cool Whip and serve.
