Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large boneless chicken breasts
4 slices of bacon
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped green chiles
1/2 cup feta cheese
Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese with green chiles and feta cheese. Pound the chicken breasts as thin as you can.
Spread cream cheese mixture and roll the breasts.
Wrap bacon around the breasts and secure with a tooth pick.
Place in a 9x12 baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
After cooking these freeze very well.
