Cantonese Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cut into strips or any lean pork
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown
    pork
    in
    oil
    in skillet.
    Drain, if necessary. Place pork in Dutch oven or crock-pot and cover with onion and pepper strips.
    Combine
    rest
    of
    ingredients and pour over. Cover and cook
    on low for 6 to 8 hours in crock-pot or 3 to 4 hours on stove, adding water, if necessary.
    Serve with rice.
