Chocolate Snowcaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
extra sugar (for rolling)
1 large egg
48 chocolate Kisses (Hershey's)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large bowl, slowly combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, butter, peanut butter, milk, vanilla and egg until stiff dough forms.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and then roll the balls in the extra sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Immediately top each cookie with Hershey's Kiss, pressing down firmly into the edges of the cookie crack.
Remove from the cookie sheet.
Makes 48 cookies.
