Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 ripe avocados
    picante to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. lime juice
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half, remove pits and scoop out pulp with a spoon.
    Mash pulp with a fork.
    Add enough picante sauce to taste and consistency.
    Season with garlic salt, pepper and a dash of Tabasco sauce.
    Add lime juice.
    Mix well.
    Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
    You can add onions, fresh jalapeno or whatever to your taste and heat tolerance.
