Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Peel.
    Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream and potatoes until light and fluffy (season to taste with garlic salt and chives).
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Brush with softened butter; sprinkle with parsley, bacon bits and paprika.
    Brown at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (longer if refrigerated ahead of time).
    Serves 8.
