Pumpkin Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 can pumpkin
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pumpkin spices
Preparation
    After mixing your ingredients together, fold in egg whites. Pour everything into a spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Refrigerate overnight, put on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
