Banana Almond Oatcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 overripe banana, mashed
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, banana, brown sugar, salt, egg, flour, oats, baking powder, almonds and milk.
    Beat until well-blended and let sit for 10 minutes or more (it can be stored overnight in refrigerator).
    Batter will be thicker than normal pancake batter.
    If too thick, stir in small amount of water.
