Caraway Seed Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 beaten eggs
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. caraway seed
1/2 c. butter
2 c. beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine ground beef, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg, brown sugar and caraway seed.
Use a teaspoon to form balls.
Cook the balls in the butter in a frying pan.
Remove balls.
Add the bouillon, flour and water to the pan and stir until thick.
Put the balls back in, cook for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
Makes a lot, 36 meatballs.
