Kristin'S Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cake flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Beat with beater until well blended.
    Pour batter into cake pan or cupcake tin. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
