Cheesy Cornbread(Serves 9) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 onions, sauteed
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can corn (creamed)
1/2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Saute onions in butter. Prepare mix per directions but use the corn for milk. Pour onions on top of mix. Sprinkle cheese on top the last 5 minutes. Bake 30 minutes in 9 x 9 pan.
