Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dozen corn tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. Longhorn or mild Cheddar cheese
    1 soup can milk
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    Chopped cooked chicken (optional)
Preparation
    Fry tortillas in skillet until tortilla puffs up a little. On each tortilla sprinkle grated cheese, onion, chicken and sauce (sauce is cream of chicken soup mixed with milk and green chiles). Roll filled tortillas and place in casserole dish. Top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    To cook in crock pot:
    Leave tortillas flat.
    Layer tortillas, chicken, onion, sauce and cheese.
    After layering, top with more grated cheese.
    Cook 5 to 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
