Tortilla Roll-Ups(With Spinach Dip Filling) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 grated onion
    1 oz. pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry)
    5 or 6 extra large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing mix.
    Stir to mix well.
    Spread on large flour tortilla.
    Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap.
    Recipe is enough for 5 or 6 tortillas.
    Chill 2 hours or longer.
    Before serving, slice in 1/2-inch slices and serve as appetizers.
