Cheesy Potatoes And Vegetable Packets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes, sliced in 1/4-inch thick rounds (4 1/2 c.)
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 large green bell pepper, cut in narrow strips
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. cheese, cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
Preparation
    Lightly oil two 15-inch long strips of foil.
    Mix potatoes, onions and bell pepper in a bowl.
    Divide mixture between the 2 pieces of foil, placing on one end.
    Dot with butter.
    Fold other end of foil over potatoes, then fold edges over a few times to seal.
