Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) corned beef brisket
    1 head cabbage
    cold water
Preparation
    Wash brisket under cold water, then place in a pan and cover with cold water.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
    Drain. Cover with fresh boiling water and simmer until meat is tender.
