Tortellini With Olive Oil And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. tortellini
    1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped
    1 shallot, chopped
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    3/4 c. peas (frozen)
    1/2 c. virgin olive oil
    1/2 c. pure olive oil
    2 Tbsp. basil
Preparation
    Boil the peas with the tortellini according to the tortellini package instructions, usually 10 minutes.
    In large glass bowl, mix both virgin olive and pure olive oils, balsamic vinegar, red pepper, shallot and basil.
    After draining the tortellini and peas, add to olive oil mixture and stir.
    Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Heat and serve.
