Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or 1/2 c. liquid egg substitute
    1 c. Land O Lakes nonfat sour cream
    16 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 oz. Kraft Healthy Favorites Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray a 10-inch quiche dish or 2-quart casserole dish with Pam. Beat eggs and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in corn, bread crumbs, chilies, salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Pour into a prepared dish. Bake 40 minutes or until firm.
