Sweet Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans sweet corn (white), drained
1 small onion, chopped
16 oz. sour cream
6 pieces fried bacon
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Stir in flour until dissolved in butter.
Mix in the sour cream and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the corn and 1/2 of the crumbled bacon and then pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
Add the remaining bacon as a topping and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
This recipe can easily be cut in half.
