Wilted Zucchini And Red Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic (about 5 cloves)
Preparation
    Place zucchini in a bowl; sprinkle with salt and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
    Saute onion briefly.
    Mix remaining ingredients; put aside.
    After 30 minutes, squeeze water out of zucchini and place in a strainer until water no longer comes out. Place zucchini and onion in a bowl; pour on the desired amount of vinaigrette dressing.
    Chill and serve.
