Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to your taste
    10 to 12 crackers, crumbled up and covered with sweet milk
    1/2 small can tomato sauce
    1 small bell pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Put in loaf pan.
    Cover with foil; cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, pour other half of tomato sauce over meat.
