Diabetic Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed
24 tsp. artificial sweetener (granulated)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sprinkle artificial sweetener over bananas and mix well. Blend in eggs.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add walnuts.
Blend thoroughly into banana mixture, but do not overmix.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes. Serves 12.
