Prune Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Wesson oil
    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    2 jars baby food, prunes with tapioca
Preparation
    In a small bowl beat soda into buttermilk.
    Let stand while mixing with electric beater; sugar, oil, eggs and prunes; sift flour, salt and cinnamon together.
    Add flour and buttermilk alternately.
    Grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for another 30 minutes.
