Turnip Greens With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium bunches turnip greens
    1 cup ham stock (hamhock, 1/4 lb side meat or ham bone)
    1 cup water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash greens, place in pot with seasonings and water.
    Cover and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer and cook 30 minutes or until tender.
