Wilted Lettuce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce (leaf lettuce can be used)
3 strips bacon
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of pepper and paprika
Preparation

Tear lettuce into large pieces and place in bowl.
Dice bacon and fry until crisp.
Sprinkle over lettuce.
Melt butter with bacon fat.
Stir in cream and bring to a boil and simmer.
Beat eggs with salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
Pour into cream mixture and cook until thick.
Pour over lettuce and bacon; toss. Sprinkle with paprika.
