1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/4 c. diced pimiento
1 c. pared, diced cucumber
watercress sprigs
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine vinegar, lemon juice and 1/4 cup cold water.
Sprinkle gelatin over surface; let stand 5 minutes to soften.
