Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

In small saucepan, stir together sugar, cornstarch, salt and orange peel.
Slowly stir orange juice into mixture.
Add butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Pour over sweet potatoes.
Cover; bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
