Rudy'S Farm Sausage Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Rudy's Farm sausage (hot or mild)
    2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese or hot mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Separate crescent rolls into rectangles. Spread with a thin layer of uncooked sausage.
    Top each rectangle with either cheese or mustard (about 2 tablespoons).
    Roll (from short end).
    Chill until firm.
    Thinly slice each roll (10 slices). Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
    Serve warm or hot.
