Meat Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. Pecorino Romano grated cheese
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    seasoning to taste
    1 jar spaghetti sauce or your own sauce
Preparation
    Use an 8 or 9 x 4-inch casserole.
    Cook manicotti as directed. Saute hamburg in olive oil until brown.
    Mix thoroughly with egg, cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.
    Stuff manicotti. Cover bottom of casserole with spaghetti sauce, then arrange manicotti over sauce and cover with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
