Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. regular rice
1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
2 lb. bulk sausage
1 stalk chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Combine water, salt and rice; cook 12 minutes.
Add soup mix; cook 3 minutes.
Do not drain.
While rice, etc., are cooking, cook sausage until well done; drain.
Mix all ingredients together and put into casserole.
Cover with foil and bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
