Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. crushed stick pretzels
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 container Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) frozen undrained strawberries, thawed
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix pretzels, sugar and melted butter into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool. Mix cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar. Spread on pretzel layer. Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water. Add frozen strawberries, then crushed pineapple (optional). When partially set, pour on top of other 2 layers. Refrigerate.
