Swiss Egg Bread - Challah Braid - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    In a saucepan heat milk.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sugar and 1/4 cup margarine.
    Stir until margarine melts.
    In a large bowl sprinkle yeast over 1/4 cup warm water.
    Stir until yeast is dissolved.
    Stir in milk mixture and add eggs, one at a time.
