Chocolate Whipped Cream Pie(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 vanilla wafer crumb crust
    1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. sugar-free chocolate instant pudding
    2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    Prepare vanilla wafer crust (reserving 2 tablespoons crumb mixture).
    Pack into a 9-inch pie pan and chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before making filling.
    Prepare pudding according to package directions using the skim milk.
    Allow it to cool for 1/2 hour.
    Spoon pudding carefully into chilled pie shell and chill until pudding is firm.
    Spread whipped topping gently across top of pie with a spatula.
    Scatter the reserved crumbs on top.
