Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

together.
Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
