Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 bag Doritos
    Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir well.
    Alternate layers of chips, meat and cheese.
    First and last layer should be chips.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and let cheese toast.
