Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 tart apples
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour or tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
pastry for 2 pie shells
Preparation

Pare apples and slice thin.
Combine sugar, flour (or tapioca) and cinnamon; mix with apples.
Line pie pan with shell and fill with apples.
Top with crust.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until apples are done.
