Herb Mustard Rub(For Pork, Beef, Lamb And Kebabs Before Roasting) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. coarse-grain mustard or Dijon-style
    1/4 tsp. crushed dried marjoram
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine onion, mustard, marjoram, rosemary and black pepper.
    Spread this herb mixture on all sides of the roast (up to 3 pounds).
    Cover and refrigerate from 2 to 24 hours before meat is roasted or grilled.
