Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium head lettuce, shredded
    2 c. carrots slices, cooked in water and drained
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2/3 c. olive slices
    1 jar imitation bacon bits
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, layer the ingredients in order listed, spreading the mayonnaise, salt and sugar over top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
